(Oral) The counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of previous order dated 8.3.2022, the petitioner made payment of `5 lac to the respondents No.4 and 5 and resultantly the said respondents have released his vehicle i.e. truck bearing No.HP-17-E-3591. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the aforesaid factual position, the present petition can be disposed of. He also produced copy of the concerned document issued by Kotak Mahindera Bank regarding release of the aforesaid vehicle in favour of the petitioner.
