(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No.58 dated 10.07.2024, registered under Section(s) 21(c) & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran. 2.

Status report dated 16.03.2026 by way of an affidavit of Preetinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Valtoha, Camp at Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran has been filed on behalf of respondent/State today in the Court. The same is taken on record. 3.
