(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 19.04.2019 (Annexure P-2) vide which petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 28 dated 19.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act and Section 420 IPC at Police Station Ghanie Ke Banger, District Gurdaspur.

Heard.

No ground is made out to entertain the instant petition. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court, within 7 days from today and, if, he so desires, may move application for bail there which shall be decided on merits.
