Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Manmohan Singh, Police Station, Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, submits that after investigation, the untraced report was presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate and thereafter, the informant had appeared and suffered his statement accepting the version put up by the police. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition.
