**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) This Court on 03.08.2018 had issued notice to the appellant through registered post as well as dasti.

As per office report, no one came to collect the registered notice as well as dasti notice.

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. The present appeal has been filed by the defendants against the concurrent findings of fact, whereby the suit of the plaintiff seeking specific performance of an agreement to sell dated 19.08.1979 as well as seeking recovery of `24,000/-, has been decreed by the trial Court and affirmed by the lower Appellate Court.

It appears that the parties to the lis must have reconciled with the factual aspect.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
