(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to permit/allow her in the process of scrutiny of documents for the post of female constable against advertisement dated 16.04.2018 (P-1). At the very outset, learned counsel has referred to Annexure P-6 whereby height of the petitioner has been measured at 157 cm in Constable Recruitment (Female) Delhi Police, 2016 but in the present recruitment, the height of the petitioner has been measured at 156 cm and she has been debarred and was not called for scrutiny of documents. On the other hand, learned State counsel has informed the Court that final result has already been declared on 03.03.2019. In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any seat pursuant to advertisement dated 16.04.2018 under BCA category is still lying vacant.
