The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.669 dated 15.07.2018 registered under Sections 354-A, 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 506, 376(2) IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 were added later on) at Police Station Chandni Bagh District Panipat, and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR, on the basis of compromise.

On 12.05.2023 the following order was passed : "Smt. Gudiya (respondent Nos.2) and Ms.

Yasmeen (respondent No.3) are present in the Court and submit that they have not effected any compromise with the petitioner. Their signatures have been obtained wrongly. They cannot read or write. Therefore, both JITENDER KUMAR 2023.09.25 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has stated that respondent Nos.2 and 3 stand by their statements given in this Court on 12.05.2023 that there is no compromise in the present case. The learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time on the previous date. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
