NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of cross-version recorded vide G.D. No. 18 dated 24.09.2018 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 354, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Gharinda (in case FIR No. 101 dated 18.09.2018 (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 25.11.2020 (Annexure P-3) effected between the parties.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice of motion was issued in the present case on 22.03.2021 and the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court for recording their statements qua compromise and as per report received from the trial Court dated 09.02.2023, the parties have not appeared before it for recording their statements qua genuineness of compromise. Further, the petitioners have RISHU KATARIA 2024.03.12 18:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-12623-2021 -22024:PHHC:035358 gone un-represented on the last 02 dates of hearing i.e. 10.02.2023 and 26.05.2023. Even, today also for the third time, the petitioners have gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interest in pursuing the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
