(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for setting aside the order dated 12.08.2014 passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Faridkot and order dated 18.12.2014 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridkot vide which adopted daughter of the petitioners, namely, Puja has been sent to Nari Niketan, Jalandhar.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that custody of Puja has been handed over to the petitioners by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot, vide order dated 15.06.2015. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
