Prayer in this petition is for conducting fair investigation in FIR No.0031 dated 28.01.2017 under Section 376 IPC, Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula as it was averred that no action is being taken by the police authorities. As per reply dated 13.07.2017 on behalf of the State, it is mentioned that the allegations levelled in the FIR have been found to be false and the cancellation report has been submitted before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula on 03.07.2017.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy/remedies as may be available to the petitioner.

Dismissed as withdraw the aforesaid liberty.
