R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for getting the further investigation conducted through some independent agency preferably through Central Bureau of Investigation against respondent no. 5.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 5 has filed the reply and the same be taken on record.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Lakhwinder Singh submits that after filing of the instant petition, challan in the FIR was presented on 15.05.2015 against the petitioner but so far as the cross-version at the instance of petitioner is concerned, the cancellation report was recommended.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file the protest petition in the cancellation report or take alternative remedy.

Disposed of with liberty, as aforesaid.
