Dated Police Station Sections 19.08.2022 Sanaur, District Patiala 420 IPC Apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 438 CrPC. 2.
After arguing for some time, petitioner's counsel submits that inadvertently due to some mistake in the system, few portion got left to type in the bail petition. Therefore, he submits that he be permitted to file a fresh petition with better particulars.

The above said prayer cannot be opposed, as such the same is accepted. 4.
Given above, present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in the way in case petitioner files a fresh petition. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
