Mr. A.P.S. Gill, A.A.G. Punjab **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 177 of 24.11.2015, under Sections 406/498-A/323/504/506/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 07.08.2016 and dowry articles are still to be recovered from them. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier also, the complainant-wife made a complaint and the FIR No. 1-61/2015 under Sections 354-B/506(2)/406/323 IPC was registered against the petitioners at Bombay. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners were arrested and released on regular bail. CRM-M-16298 of 2016 complainant-wife for cancellation of bail but the same was dismissed. Further petitioners are parents and brother of husband of the complainant. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.05.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
