Through the instant writ of habeas corpus, the petitioner seeks release of his niece/alleged detenu, namely, Noorbibi, from the illegal custody of respondents No.6 to 8.

At the very outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has informed this Court that the instant petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as, the alleged detenu has already been released by the respondent(s) concerned from their illegal custody. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
