NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Tilak Raj, son of Sansar Chand, resident of village Saidon, Police Station, Hajipur, District Hoshiarpur, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 323, 354, 406, 498-A and 506, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 41, dated 4.4.2015, registered at Police Station, Division No. 2, Pathankot.

Learned counsel submits that during pendency of the present petition, better sense has prevailed and the de facto complainant Sadhna @ Bhavna, wife of the nephew of the PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.08.11 11:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-15324-2015 (O&M) petitioner, has sorted out her dispute and effected a compromise, which has been placed on record as Annexure A-1 in connected CRM-M-14608-2015. He further submits that in terms of the compromise, Demand Draft No. 390054, dated 7.8.2015, for a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lacs only), drawn at Oriental Bank of Commerce, Hajipur, Hoshiarpur, has already been handed over to Sadhna @ Bhavna, in the Court today in the presence of her counsel Mr. Munish Puri. He further submits that the petitioner side would have no objection in getting the motorcycle transferred in the name of Sadhna @ Bhavna. He after taking further instructions from the petitioner's side undertakes to hand over the B.Ed. certificate of Sadhna @ Bhavna within fifteen days of passing of this order.

In view of above, learned counsel for the State as well as counsel for the informant has no objection if the ad-interim bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute.

In view of the compromise so effected between the private parties, the present petition is allowed. The ad-interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 13.5.2015 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
