ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0898 dated 26.10.2018, registered under Sections 323/324/34/506 IPC and 3 of the SC & ST Act, at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal.
The operative part of the order dated 01.03.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has been settled between the parties and a petition i.e. CRM-M No.53320 of 2018, praying for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise is pending before this Court for 07.03.2019.
List again on 07.03.2019...."

CRM-M No.9489 of 2019 Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 01.03.2019, the petitioners have joined the investigation and the matter has already been compromised between the parties.
Counsel for the State has not disputed the fact that on the basis of the compromise, a petition praying for quashing of the FIR is also pending before this Court for today i.e. 07.03.2019. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 01.03.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
