He was specifically asked to get instructions as to how the present appeal is maintainable in view of the fact that the suit was for recovery of `11,440/-. As per the Section 102 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, no second appeal is maintainable where subject matter of the original suit for recovery of money does not exceed `25,000/-.
