HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to conduct fair and impartial enquiry on the complaints dated 16.01.2023 and 22.02.2023 (Annexures P-5 and P-6), moved by the petitioners, for registration of FIR against private respondents for committing cheating/fraud of Rs.30 lakhs.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy(ies) available to the petitioners and raise all pleas in accordance with law.
