Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 22.02.2021 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No. 2, whereby petitioner was transferred 5th time within a span of about 11⁄2 year.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions, has apprised the Court that impugned transfer order has been cancelled, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
