(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of present petition, detenue 'Maninder Kaur' (respondent No.4) has been married to someone else by her father - Sarabjeet Singh (respondent No.3). Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with correct and complete particulars, and also by impleading all the necessary parties in the petition.
