NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Balwan Singh of Police Station, Model Town, Panipat, submits that the impugned FIR has been cancelled, therefore, the petitioners are not required by the police in the present case. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.

Interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 12.5.2015, are hereby vacated.
