In both petitions, the challenge is to the impugned award dated 04.09.2000 by which, the workman has been directed to be reinstated in service but the benefit of back-wages has been denied by the Tribunal. In CWP-2009-2001, the employer is challenging the impugned award dated 04.09.2000 (Annexure P-2) with regard to the direction of the Tribunal regarding reinstatement of the workman in service with continuity and in CWP-530-2002, the workman is challenging the same award for non-grant of the benefit of back-wages.

Perusal of the petitions reveals that the same are pending from the last twenty four years, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of RIYA 2025.05.13 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
