(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition is for a direction to respondent No. 4 - District Education Officer, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana to consider and take a decision on their representation dated 18.01.2022 (Annexure P-5), wherein the concerned schools even after the petitioners having been granted admission under Rule 134-A of the Haryana School Education Rules, 2003 are not permitting them to sit in their respective classes.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that the petitioners' representation shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioners as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of.
