**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Notice of motion was issued on 02.03.2020 and the appellant-husband was directed to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- towards litigation expenses to the respondent-wife by way of bank draft. The litigation expenses were not deposited.

Again on 04.08.2022, the appellant was directed to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.30,000/- on 30.08.2022 before the Mediator.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not responding to his call and has also not MOHMED ATIK 2023.09.06 17.20 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment





deposited the amount in question.

In view of aforesaid facts, this Court has no alternative but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
