NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned senior counsel representing the petitioners submits that during pendency of the present petition better sense has prevailed and both the parties have resolved their dispute with regard to the cheque amount. As a result of the compromise, a Demand Draft of `50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only), bearing No. 377974, dated 24.8.2015, drawn at Punjab National Bank, Jalandhar Road, Kapurthala, has been handed over to learned counsel for the respondent, which he has accepted.

CRM-M-15413-2014 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has instructions to state at the bar that the complaint filed by the respondent against the petitioners shall be withdrawn on the date the case is fixed before learned Trial Court. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition and prays for withdrawal of the same at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
