R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. For quashing of FIR No. 108 dated 06.10.2013 for offence under Section 307 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar (Rural) on the basis of report dated 23.01.2014 and compromise dated 10.10.2013.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Jagtar Singh submits that cancellation report has been recommended which is pending for approval of Senior Superintendent of Police.
