CRM No.M-16290 of 2018 -2rape upon the victim. It is rightly observed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for the Cases of Heinous Crime against Women, Karnal that once the petitioner herself urged that she facilitated the minor victim in fleeing her house, go to Bangalore even while arranging her air ticket, petitioner's custodial interrogation is required for unearthing the complete facts. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any ground whatsoever to afford the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
