This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to officials respondents to protect life and liberty of petitioners as they have registered FIR No.40 dated April 23, 2015 under Section 376 IPC, Police Station, City, Jalalabad, District Fazilka, against respondent Nos.6 to 9.

The petitioners moved representation April 27, 2015 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 for getting the needful done but no action has been taken so far.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, to look into the grievances of petitioners unfolded by them in their representation April 27, 2015 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
