The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned list dated 25.01.2025.

Learned Senior counsel submits that the petitioners, who had applied for appointment under the handicapped category, had found place in merit in the initial select list dated 04.12.2021, Annexure P-4, which even though was not set aside, however, after the decision of the LPA, it has been revised, with the names of the petitioners missing therefrom, while qua all other categories, it has been kept the same. In this regard, a representation dated 12.02.2025, Annexure P-9, has been submitted, however, it has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to MOHIT 2025.02.21 10:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

consider and decide the representation dated 12.02.2025 within a period of 6 weeks, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to hem and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon !
