******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Both the aforementioned petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 70 dated 13.04.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code and 3/13(1), 8/13(3), 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station Nagina, District Mewat.

CRM-M-15432-2017 and CRM-M-16194-2017 submits that petitioners have joined the investigation which is still in progress.
When learned State counsel was asked to point out any other evidence collected by the investigating agency to connect the petitioner with the recovery of cattle and beef effected by the police. He has stated that the police is still investigating and no such evidence has come on record so far. Keeping in view the above fact, both these petitions are allowed. Order dated 04.05.2017 passed in CRM-M-15432-2017 and order dated 09.05.2017 passed in CRM-M-16194-2017 are made absolute, till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
