**** RITU BAHRI, J. (oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-Karamjit Singh @ Pammi under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India for grant of extension in parole as he is suffering with swelling on right side appendicular lamp and doctor advised bed rest and surgery to him.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Ramandeep Singh Bhangu, P.P.S., Suptd., New District Jail, Nabha, informs that after undergoing surgery, biopsy report remains to be received and there is no need to grant extension of parole.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the abovesaid fact and submits that the petitioner will surrendered. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of by giving direction to the petitioner to surrender on 01.05.2023 before the Jail Authorities, Nabha.
