Main case is preponed and taken up on Board today itself. Main Case 1.

The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 18.01.2024, Annexure P-9 and to prepare the merit list for the recruitment of 5994 post of ETT Teachers. 2.

Learned counsel would submit that the petitioners being the aspirants for appointment to the post of ETT Teachers, having possessed the minimum qualification of ETT course of 2 years, but the respondents are considering those, who do not possess the same, diminishing their chances of selection. In this regard, a legal notice dated 18.01.2024, Annexure P-9, has been served upon respondent Nos.1 to 4, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, a direction is given to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide the same in a time bound manner by HAMANT 2024.05.18 14:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide the legal notice dated 18.01.2024, Annexure P-9, within a period of three months.
