The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC fror quashing of impugned order dated 06.07.2017, Annexure P-5 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Gurugram, vide which the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram dismissing the complaint in default for want of prosecution was set aside. 2.

None had appeared on the last two dates of hearing. On 06.07.2023, the Registry was directed to inform the date of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

As per office report, needful had been done, however still, there is not representation on behalf of the petitioners.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
