NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 0005 dated 15.01.2023 registered under Sections 67-A of IT Act, 2008 and 344, 376(2)(n), 506 and 509 IPC at Women Police Station Palwal, District Palwal, whereby the petitioner has been falsely arrayed as an accused as the specific allegations in the FIR are that the petitioner had committed rape upon the complainant on 02.04.2022 and 16.04.2022 whereas the petitioner was already in custody till 19.04.2022 in another FIR No. 97 dated 23.02.2022 registered under Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
