The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Rent Controller, Batala, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order XI Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been disposed of. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 20.12.2025 at the appropriate stage before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above submission, the present civil revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
