(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar, NRI Cell, Amritsar, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her and together with the contention of Mr. PBS Goraya, counsel for the petitioner that the parties, who are mother and son, have also reconciled and compromised the matter, which is not refuted by the learned State counsel.

In view of the aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.5.2016 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
