NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 11.12.2019, vide which the learned Family Court, Gurugram, had rejected the claim of petitioner No. 1-wife for grant of interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, as the main petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., stands finally decided by the learned Family Court. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
