Mr. A.S. Sheoran, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of four weeks' parole to the petitioner. On the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak is impleaded as respondent No.3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed an application on 20.10.2018 seeking release on parole for the purpose of house repair but the same has not been decided till date. Notice of motion.

Sh. Ramesh Kumar Ambauta, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply requisite number of copies of paper book to him during the course of the day.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the paper book, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take final decision on the application of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
