(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against private respondents No.4 and 5 on the representation/complaint dated 21.2.2024 (annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage limits his prayer and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh, to consider and take a final decision on representation/complaint dated 21.2.2024 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
