 **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct a fair and an impartial investigation in the matter and register an FIR against the private respondents.

Reply by way of an affidavit dated 04.04.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Circle Rural, Patiala, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two inquiries were conducted i.e. one by the Incharge, Economic Wing-I, Patiala on 07.03.2018 and the other by Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Patiala, vide which action was recommended to be taken against respondents No.7 to 10 but despite that no action has been taken till date. He further submits that the petitioner has also moved representations to the higher authorities but to no avail.

CRM-M-9366-2020 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel submits that after due inquiries, the matter was put up before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala and after legal opinion, it was found that the matter is of civil nature and same is already under consideration before the Civil Court. Accordingly, the representation moved by the petitioner was filed. In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Dismissed.
