This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the show cause notice dated 26.5.2020, Annexure P-1, issued to the petitioner, and discontinuance of her services pursuant thereto by the Management of private educational institution/ respondents no.2 and 3.

There is efficacious alternative remedy available to the petitioner to raise this issue by filing an appeal before the Educational Tribunal, constituted in the districts vide government notification dated 2.3.2015. These Tribunals have been set-up to adjudicate service disputes of employees arising out of orders passed by the Managements of aided/unaided institutions. This has been so held by a Division Bench of this Court in Management of S.D. Model Senior Secondary School and another v. In view thereof, the petitioner is relegated to jurisdiction of the Educational Tribunal, Jind, for redressal of her grievances. 6.
