This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for reinvestigation of FIR No. 112 dated 05.06.2014 registered under sections 408/120B IPC at police station Division No. 5 Civil Lines, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though investigation has been completed by the investigating agency certain accused have been left out. Thus, re-investigation into the matter is necessary. FIR was lodged by petitioner alleging embezzlement of `83,84,447/- by the accused. Investigation ensued thereafter. Admittedly investigating agency has submitted final report under section 173 Cr.P.C. Only grouse of the petitioner is that some accused have been left out by the investigating agency. I find no merit in this plea. There is nothing on record to show that investigation has not been conducted in a fair and proper manner. There is, thus, no ground to interfere in inherent jurisdiction of this court. Dismissed.
