(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the order dated 15.10.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sultanpur Lodhi, in FIR No.54 dated 18.08.2015, registered under Sections 452, 323, 341, 148 and 149 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Talwandi Chaudhiran, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-1), vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner herein stands acquitted vide judgment dated 03.08.2021, passed by Judicial HIMANI GUPTA 2023.02.15 19:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh Magistrate Ist Class, Sultanpur Lodhi, which fact is not disputed by learned
