Perusal of the petitions reveals that the same are pending from the last twenty four years, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of either party from 2008 before this Court as well as in the Daily Lok Adalat of this Court. 2.

It may be noticed that during the hearing of the present petition before the Daily Lok Adalat, it was brought on record that petitioner's corporation was not in existence any more and there is no possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

Today again, no one has appeared on behalf of the parties. 4.

Keeping in view of the above, it can be safely presumed that the parties are not interested in pursuing the present remedy. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
