(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner made prayer that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court with further directions to the trial Court to decide his regular bail application within a given time frame. The prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. In view above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within next 15 days and to file an application for grant of regular bail, which is to be decided by the trial Court in accordance with law after issuing its notice to the State, preferably within one week therefrom.
