Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondents to grant revised pension in the light of order dated 24.07.2020, Annexure P-2, with interest at the rate of 18 % per annum with effect from 01.01.2016.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been granted revised pension vide PPO dated 07.06.2023, and arrears of pension have also been paid. The same stand deposited in his account, as confirmed by the Treasury Officer, Rohtak, vide communication dated 11.09.2023.
