Through instant petition, preferred under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought concession of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 151, dated 29.12.2015, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib, during the pendency of trial. 2.
While issuing notice of motion vide order dated 23.04.2018, the petitioner was directed to appear/surrender before the learned trial court who shall release him on interim bail at its satisfaction but he did not comply with the said order. Subsequently, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for today i.e. 18.05.2018 but even then, he has failed to comply with aforesaid order.
