* * * * Learned counsel for the parties have filed their respective power of attorneys, which are taken on record. Counsel appearing with Mr. Ram Singh, Assistant, HSAMB, Panchkula states that the petitioner has already been taken back in service and has been paid wages as per the award as no stay had been granted. It is further pointed out that action was taken against the private respondent on the basis of an FIR registered against him, which has since been quashed. Counsel, in the circumstances, submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such. It is ordered accordingly.
