Petitioner - Balwinder Singh @ Sunny has filed the instant quashing petition based on the compromise through his Power of Attorney (POA), Kuldeep Singh @ Kuldip Singh. Besides, respondent No.2 - Balvir Chand, is the father of the complainant - Vijay Kumar. Thus, both sides, in fact, have no concern with the impugned FIR, which is sought to be quashed on the basis of compromise. 2.
