R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition . Dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is in custody since November, 2013. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Devinder Singh submits that only 3 witnesses remain to be examined.

The prosecution through State counsel is directed to produce all the witnesses before trial Court at the earliest. The trial Court is also directed to conclude the trial expeditiously but preferably within a period of 6 months from 17.07.2015, the date already fixed before the trial Court. July 02, 2015 ( R.P.
